I think if u can make there should be :Anarh levels so they can be like cops with higher levels,fbi /undercover /undercoveroff.And the drug dealer.

Good idéa,I think make levels for anarch and cop is good, look : when you level up, win weapons ! Idk, like 100 bullets of deagle and shotgun. And when you're at the best level, you can get one other weapon like sawnoff, M4, Ak47, sniper, SmG , like you want !
